Emma is a customer facing applcation that gives a convenient way to purchase medicare supplement or medicare advantage insurance plans.
Users put in their personal information through a series of questions provided by the applcation. After putting personal information, they would be prompted to see medicare supplement or medicare advantage plans.
The medicare supplement or medicare advantage insurance plans they see are from the top carriers. After selecting a plan, the information is sent to the agent and saved in Salesforce.
